My name is Quinn Condon. This is my first year on the Prep News staff, and I am in my senior year. I recently developed a passion for writing, and have been looking for ways to cultivate my newfound interest. I’m not sure of many plans for my future, but I am looking forward to exploring my interests and seeing where they lead me. My goal is to grow as a writer and journalist and potentially carry this into a future career.

This is my fourth year as a member of the Rockhurst soccer team and I have played two years of both basketball and baseball. I am part of the Ping Pong Club and recently began the Pool Club. I love finding ways to be part of the Rockhurst community, and believe the school newspaper will help me explore even more ways to experience that community.

Outside of Rockhurst, I work as an umpire and play on a club baseball team. I love fishing, listening to music, golfing, and playing basketball in whatever park has an open hoop. I was also recently given an internship at the Johnson County Courthouse. I am looking forward to whatever this year has in store for me.
