The Rockhurst varsity football team suffered its first loss of the season on Oct. 3, 2025. The Hawklets fell to Blue Springs 38-29.
The game was also Rockhurst’s annual ‘Braveheart’ game, which meant the student body came wearing blue paint in homage to the 1995 movie. They were also led down to the football field by a pipe band.
